Order Process and Kit Preparation
Typically, customers receive HEPATOPAC kits 14 days after placing an order. When we receive a kit order we schedule a teleconference call with the researcher(s) who will use the kit to review the research objectives, applications, as well as intended study timing. We will provide research protocols and reference documents that may be helpful.
The HEPATOPAC co-cultures are developed in our lab using our proprietary micropatterned technology.
Dosing can begin 2 days after receiving a kit. Cultures remain viable for up to 4 weeks.
