TRANSFLEX human OATP1B1 (SLCO1B1) Transporter Plates are available, with either MDCK-II or CHO cells, in a 96-well format with variable plate configurations. The plates are ready to use after an overnight incubation—no change of medium required.

In the graph above, TRANSFLEX OATP1B1 Transporter Plate performance is demonstrated by the OATP1B1-mediated transport of E17βG, and the inhibition of that transport by the OATP1B1 inhibitor rifampicin.
